Head chef and co-owner Joby Wells is branching out on his own having worked his way up through some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in London including The Square, The Orrery, Zafferano’s and La Trompette.

He is joined by Jane Rawlings who combines her business experience and passion for food & wine to lead the front of house team who look forward to welcoming you to Albert's Table.
