Our aim is to serve delicious
dishes created from quality British ingredients chosen when
they are in season and at their best. There are so many
farmers in the UK producing world class meat, dairy and
vegetables and these are the ingredients that we will be using
at Albert's table.
The style of food is very
much British, but with a slight modern take to include some of
the best influences from Europe.
Our fish is all British and
delivered daily. We work with the fishmongers very
closely to ensure that we get the freshest fish every day and
when we use farmed fish it is always organic.
One look at our cheese board
should leave you in no doubt about the quality of British
cheese with a great selection of cows milk, goats milk and
ewes milk cheeses.
All of our meat is reared
with the freedom to roam freely outdoors and allowed to grow
at a natural rate, resulting in great flavour and tenderness.
We do not use any meat from intensive farms so you can
be assured that every thing you eat at Albert's Table will
have had the opportunity to lead a natural life.
We believe in respecting each
animal so rather than buying individual cuts, we use much more
of the animal as we believe that every cut can be just as
tasty as the next, as long as it is looked after and cooked
correctly. Our customers will get to sample a great
selection of different flavours and textures from the same
animal which is good for you and good for the environment.
Vegetarian food is something
we take very seriously. You will find that there are
plenty of delicious dishes to choose from on our menus,
including a fantastic roast on Sundays.
Lets not forget the wine! Our
wines are sourced from around the world, with many of them
from Europe. We have many wines available by the glass and now
by the half bottle too.
