Sourcing our Produce

We are taking great care with our selection of suppliers to ensure we get the best, freshest produce from farms with excellent levels of farm husbandry and high quality, small-scale methods of farming.

Many of our ingredients are sourced locally from Kent, Surrey and Sussex, including mineral water, cheese and even a white wine from Kent, beef & lamb from Surrey and some Sussex pork.

Our fish comes from Cornwall & Scotland and sometimes even closer to home.

All of our cheese is British and includes cows milk, goats milk and ewes milk varieties.  We also have some vegetable rennet cheeses which we use in our vegetarian dishes. Most of our cheese is sourced from Neal’s Yard Dairy ~ http://www.nealsyarddairy.co.uk/

We use a variety of quality meat suppliers including Richard Vaughn ~ http://www.huntsham.com/, and Overton Butchers of Prattsbottom, Kent.

One of our main suppliers of fish is Murray’s Fish who supply fresh fish and seafood to us every day ~ http://www.murraysfreshfish.com/
